At In Step Counseling, we offer friendly and insightful counseling in a different way; outside, in motion, and on your terms.
Our services include both traditional talk therapy and walk and talk therapy. Walk and talk therapy is exactly what it sounds like. We walk, we talk, and we work through whatever is on your mind whether it’s anxiety, stress, school pressures, relationships, identity, or just feeling off. Real conversations in real spaces, one step at a time.
Whether you need someone to vent to, sort things out, or just walk beside you while you figure it out, I am here for you.
You don’t have to have it all together. You just have to show up (in sneakers).
Virtual therapy can be provided as well for both Massachusetts and Connecticut residents.
